1. A person who wishes to become member of the Association shall apply in writing to the Secretary General in prescribed form, certified by at least two (2) members. (You can download the application form from the website or receive one at Thai-Japanese Association.)
  2. Documents required with application form

    2.1 For Corporate member
              2.1.1 A copy of the company or partnership enterprise registration
              2.1.2 A photo of organization's representative

    2.2 For Individual member
              2.2.1 A copy of ID card
              2.2.2 1 photo
  3. A Thai-Japanese Association officer will verify the submitted documents and propose the application request to the Board of Executive Committee at its monthly meeting. A letter of notification will be sent by mail upon the Board's approval.

    The membership is deemed completed once the Board of Executive Committee approved the application and the registration fee, as well as membership fee have been paid.
